Once you placed your order, it will usually take a maximum of 15 business days for you to receive it. Shipping to the US, Canada and New Zealand will usually take between 3 - 7 business days. Shipping to Australia will usually take between 7 - 14 business days. Detailed shipping times and rates for each destination are displayed at checkout.

Please understand that we can't ship to P.O. boxes or military adresses.

Confirmation & Cancels

A verification email will be sent to you, once your order has been placed and authorized. We will begin processing your order immediately. So if you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 24h after placing it. Please consider that this makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order once this process has started.

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping charges.
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
